A Bit About Me
Hello – let me introduce myself. My name is Taylor I am the owner, operator, waffle connoisseur (so I’d like to think.) of The Grind!
I made my out to Utah about a year and a half ago , after my last relationship blew up I found myself asking what will allow me to bring my love for the human connection and coffee to life? What better than a trailer- adding waffles comes from my love of comfort food and skiing surprisingly. After racing competitive telemark skiing most on the East coast and falling in love for the Waffle shack,the combo of the both seemed fitting.
Not sure what I’m doing most of the time- but Life is Sweet this world is meant to be experienced and I’m on the ride of a lifetime that I’m excited to share with each and every one of you!
